I don’t really even have to go into how incredible this artist is. From the first time my uncle Solomon played the “Controversy” album, I was truly blown away by this man. Then when I heard “1999”, I was just like……Wow. The instrumentation, the production, arrangement, all headed by this cat. Then when “Purple Rain” came out, it was a wrap. This man cemented himself in music history. I’ll give credit to “The Revolution” as well, who at the time helped him create some of the most amazing music ever recorded. Even as times changed, this man evolved as well & continued to put out some serious sounds. He is one of the GREATEST artist ever, in any genre……Rest In Peace Roger Nelson, the one & only Prince!
