Warner Borthers horror film “The Curse Of La LLorona” grabs the #1 spot at the box office over the weekend with $26 million. Coming in at #2 was Warner Borthers “Shazam” taking in $16 million. The #3 film was the Fox thriller “Breakthrough” earning $11 million. Disney’s “Captain Marvel” continues it’s box office dominance at the #4 spot pulling in $9 million. Rounding out the top five is was the Universal comedy “Little” with $8 million.
