Lawrence Phillips, one of the most promising running backs coming out of college into the NFL, was found dead in his cell in prison. Phillips was facing the death penalty for allegedly killing his cellmate. It’s being looked at as an apparent suicide. That dude was a straight beast coming out of the backfield. So much talent, just too many wrong decisions. I’m out.
