Me & my man Jonathan (one of our Sales Reps here) were talking about eating healthier, & he told me something I couldn’t believe…..he said fruit juice in many cases have a lot of sugar in them! Now I personally really never paid attention to that, because I LUV fruit juice, I mean I don’t even drink sodas. Really though, we went to the fridge & I pulled out a bottle of cranberry juice cocktail, & yes, he was right! It’s not bad bad, but it does have a lot in it. I see I’ll have to start drinking that in moderation for real! So thanks Jonathan for the heads up brotha, & I’m OUT!!
