That’s right Queen City & surrounding areas, YOU raised over $67,000 yesterday in our “St. Jude Radiothon” & we THANK YOU!!! I personally THANK YOU!! I myself have never done a radiothon before, but it was an amazing experience. Helping to raise money for an institution who’s primary goal is treat & care for kids with Cancer & other illnesses….man, what a GREAT cause. I was the 1st person to become a “Partner Of Hope” as soon as my shift began. As I stated during the radiothon, I would never ask my people to do something that I would not do. Just knowing that my pledge can help a child with their treatment & give them hope, another chance at life, man count me in. I want to thank my Radio One Family (Old School & Praise), the St. Jude’s staff, all the volunteers who gave of their time, & one last time….THANK YOU the people who donated!!! I’m OUT!
