Less than a week after NBA commissioner David Stern said the Bobcats would likely have new ownership, Michael Jordan says he wants to buy the team. Jordan is the Bobcats managing partner, and he recently told coach Larry Brown that he wanted to he was trying to make arrangements to buy the team, according to several news sources.
Stern and Brown want Jordan to become the new owner. Brown has said in past interviews that he joined the Bobcats because of Jordan.
