A federal judge in Raleigh, says that a North Carolina charter school trying to promote “traditional values” is out of line!

The judge says that the school is engaging in unconstitutional sex discrimination by requiring the young ladies to wear skirts.

The school is publicly funded by taxpayers, but they drew up their “own” rules about about how the girls “should” dress.

Some of the student’s parents sued the school and said that the dress code “forces girls to pay constant attention to the positioning of their legs during class and makes them avoid playing sports during recess.”

Bravo to these parents for protecting their girl’s constitutional rights!
