There are nearly 1.5 million disabled people in North Carolina.  Whether from a personal injury, hereditary or the onset of a host of illnesses, 16% of Charlotte’s population is disabled. Despite an array of resources allocated for the disabled community, gaps are plentiful and strong voices are needed to ensure the disabled are being heard.  ‘COMMUNITY VOICES’ host, Ron Holland delved into the issues confronting the disabled with Judith Elise Brown, Executive Director of Project 70 Forward.
