“Slut shaming” is, more or less, the act of making a woman feel like a slut for any number of reasons from “provocative dress” to sexually deviant behavior.
The practice does a lot to make some women feel ostracized from their their own gender and is even used as a bullying tactic.
The scary thing about “slut shaming” is that it isn’t done by men as much as women as was originally thought. Science has found that women might actually be more culpable for the behavior. Whoa!
