It’s about to start warming up. For southerners warm weather is just an opportunity for us to get together and “put a lil something on the grill,” as a close friend would say. At my house a barbeque is nothing without music and line dancing! My aunties and I will usually get out on the dance floor and battle each other in a line dance. They usually win because from what I can tell, these line dances are nothing but old school dances reincarnated. The latest line dance is the Wobble, but it seems like there are many more out there … quite few actually and many I have never even heard about. I wanted to share a few of my favorites with you (see videos below). Feel free to explore and find more. Learn a few and teach them at your summer barbeques.
