Happy birthday to Simone Manuel!!  She is an Olympic Gold Medalist swimmer who took the 2016 Rio Olympics by store.  During the 2016 Rio Olympics, Manuel won two gold and two silver medals: gold in the 100-meter freestyle and the 4×100-meter medley, and silver in the 50-meter freestyle and the 4×100-meter freestyle relay.  Happy Birthday!!!!

Simone Biles appears to be the “golden child” at the 2016 Rio Olympics!  So far, Biles has won 3 gold medals: Women’s Individual All-Around, Women’s Team All-Around, and Women’s Vault.   This afternoon, at 2:46pm, she will be competing in the Women’s Vault.  We will definitely be watching and cheering her on!
