Join 105.3’s Chirl Girl at the C. W. Williams Community Health Center at their 4th Annual Back to School Community Health Fair on August 11th, from 10am-3pm.
The Health Fair will mark National Health Center Week 2018 and raise awareness about the mission
and accomplishments of America’s Health Centers and the dedicated staff who bring
healthcare to medically underserved communities.
During the health fair, C.W. Williams will offer back to school physicals, sports physicals, and immunizations, as well as free book bags and school supplies (while supplies last). Enjoy free food, games, raffles and fun for the entire
family!
Parents should bring vaccine records for children needing vaccinations. Admission is
free to the public.
