The Rosenberg Police Department (near Houston) has an active Facebook page in its attempt to humanize its officers. The department posted a video that shows Officers Aerial Ronell and Ranell Roy in a patrol car, lip synching Katy Perry’s smash hit “Dark Horse.” Watch here.
