Fisher v. University of Texas

The plaintiff, Abigail Noel Fisher, charged the ruling was unfair and that she was a victim of racial discrimination.

The Supreme Court heard arguments in the case of Evenwel v. Abbott, in which two Texas voters are challenging the current practice of using the total population to create voting districts and not the number of eligible voters.
