Rodney Scott, known for his flagship bbq restaurant in Hendersonville, SC has been nominated for Best Chef in the Southeast in the james Beard Foundation’s annual awards.  Scott opened a restaurant in downtown Charleston just a year ago, and on Wednesday, became the first pitmaster to be nominated for Best Chef!
