There have been rumors swirling around the last few days regarding the Panthers and Deshaun Watson. The price for Watson would obviously be steep if they decide to move him, and the Panthers could use All-Pro RB Christian McCaffrey to sweeten the trade.
While nobody knows if this move with work out, it seems that Matt Rhule got the guy he wanted since Fitterer has such a scouting background. It was reported yesterday that Rhule wanted someone with a scouting background, while David Tepper wanted a more analytical guy.
