Bojangles rolls out Spanish-language ordering on all platforms

Bojangles is expanding its Spanish-language ordering options to better serve Spanish-speaking customers across its digital and in-store platforms. According to WCCB, the Southern fast-food chain, known for its chicken, biscuits, and tea, now offers Spanish support on its website, mobile app, in-store kiosks, and drive-thru ordering system. Its AI drive-thru assistant, Bo-Linda, can now take orders entirely in Spanish at over 400 locations. This move makes Bojangles one of the first major quick-service restaurant brands to offer bilingual ordering at such a large scale, aiming to enhance accessibility and convenience for a broader range of customers.
