Charlotte to Host Its First MLS All-Star Game in 2026

Charlotte will host the Major League Soccer All-Star Game for the first time in 2026, with MLS Commissioner Don Garber expected to make the official announcement at a news conference in the city on Wednesday.
Charlotte FC, which joined MLS as the league’s 28th franchise in 2019 and began play in 2022, will serve as the host club. According to Spectrum News, the match is set to take place at Bank of America Stadium, also home to the NFL’s Carolina Panthers.
The city has recently showcased its growing soccer profile by hosting high-profile events, including Copa América and FIFA Club World Cup matches.
