S.C. Prosecutor Could Seek Death Penalty In Toddlers' Deaths

1st Circuit Solicitor David Pascoe told the Columbia State he will review the evidence before deciding whether to seek the death penalty against Shaquan Renee Duley, 29. The unemployed mother is accused of suffocating her two young sons and disposing of their bodies in the North Edisto river. The case has drawn similarities to the Susan Smith case 16 years ago which also occurred in S.C.
