Livingstone College Receives Largest Donation in Its History

Livingstone College in Salisbury has received its largest donation ever—a $7 million gift. Over the past seven months, the college has also secured seven separate $1 million donations.
According to WCNC, this substantial contribution is not only the largest in Livingstone’s history but also one of the largest gifts to a private HBCU. The funds will support renovations for two residence halls and a dining hall as part of the “Miracle on Monroe Street: Livingstone College Reimagined” project. Additionally, upgrades will begin on two more residence halls, each over 50 years old.
