Comedian D.L. Hughley is hitting the airwaves in a big way. He has tapped well-known media personality Jasmine Sanders to co-host The D.L. Hughley Show with him. In addition to airing on 105.3 RNB in Charlotte, The D.L. Hughley Show is distributed by REACH Media Inc. which currently reaches an audience of over 12 million listeners, predominately African American, through radio, as well as digital media. Hughley, ready to take people on a no holds ride of humor and reality in the afternoons, stated, “I’m very excited to get back to radio and it couldn’t have come at a better time. I think radio fits my sensibility. I want to make people laugh a lot and think a little. Some people want to push the envelope – I want to see if I can singe it a little.”
Hughley established himself as a stand-up comedian propelling to stardom with the Original Kings of Comedy Tour and a subsequent movie release. He went on to have a hit television show, The Hughleys and has followed that up with a successful best-selling book, comedy specials and television appearances. Known for being astute and politically saavy in true comedian style, D.L. has served as host of his own talk show on CNN and TV One. The D.L. Hughley Show can be heard from 3-7pm on 105.3 RNB.

According to TMZ, Durk and girlfriend India Cox were awakened by intruders around 5 am in his Georgia home. Georgia Bureau of Investigation states they were victims of a home invasion Sunday.
It was reported that Durk’s home in the Chateau Elan neighborhood of Braselton-located about an hour outside Atlanta is where several individuals entered. The intruders were met by India and Durk who both discharged their firearms, fortunately, the two weren’t injured.
Unfortunately, the number of intruders remains unknown, but cops are optimistically seeking tips from the public in this case as part of the investigation.
