Forbes is reporting that Tyler Perry is officially a billionaire. As a media mogul, Perry is the first African American to independently own a studio. Reportedly, Perry earned more than $1.4 billion in pre-tax income since 2005 and all of it flows back into his pocket because he owns it! Whew! Now, that’s how you “come up!”
