Gotta send a big “VA” sized Happy Birthday shout to the brotha they call Pharrell Williams (one half of the production team The Neptunes)! The first time I heard about him & Chad was when I heard NORE’s “Superthug”, & the sound was so different….very electronic, no samples, it was definitely a ‘new sound’. Well they took that sound & blew all the way up!! Produced for soooooo many people in the industry, & have certified themselves as one of the most successful tandems that’s ever done it. Since then Pharrell has done his solo thing which yielded him some nice accolades, & he still puts it down. Enjoy your day ‘Skateboard P!’
