A British man appears to free of the AIDS virus after a stem cell transplant!

This is the second successful case being reported by the medical community,.

The process was used earlier on a U.S. man, who received treatment in Germany, 12 years ago and is still free of HIV.

Experts say that these types of transplants are dangerous and have failed in other patients. And they also state that the treatment would also be impractical to try to cure the millions already infected by the HIV virus.

Hopefully, this form of treatment could possibly lead to a simpler approach that could be used more widely to help AIDS patients, everywhere.
