I have to give a MEGA shout out to one of the dopest DJ’s to ever sit behind a pair of turntables…..the one, the only, “Magnificent” Jazzy Jeff! I remember when I first picked up the “Rock The House” album. I was blown away by the duo from Philly, & when I heard “The Magnificent Jazzy Jeff” & “A Touch Of Jazz” I said this DJ is amazing!! Then when you hear other joints where he showcases his skills like “Live From Union Square” on the “He’s The DJ, I’m The Rapper” album, that’s when you REALLY get that he is one of the best!! Then when you see him live, you just give the respect up on the spot! Hahaha!!! He’s done it all & still continues to do his thing, so enjoy your day Mr. Townes!
