According to chart data, Mariah’s song broke the record for the most streams in a single day, reaching 10.8 million streams as of Christmas Eve.
I wondered how much she gets paid each time the some is played? So, I googled it!
According to an article from the New York Post, says that over the course of 19 years, the song made her a total of $50 million in royalties.
Which is a about $3.8 million per year! Must be nice!
