Idris Elba has been named People magazine’s 2018 Sexiest Man Alive!
This is the first time the British actor has received this honor! And I think that it’s way over due! This man came out the gate with all that sexy!
When asked about his new title, Idris said “I was like, ‘Come on, no way. Really?’” Then he checked himself in the mirror and said,‘Yeah, you are kind of sexy today.’ But to be honest, it was just a nice feeling. It was a nice surprise — an ego boost for sure.”
Elba is People Magazine’s 33rd Sexiest Man Alive, but, for the record, the Sistas always knew! He was named ESSENCE magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive in 2013!
