African Americans are simply trying to exercise the same privilege of living unencumbered like everyone else. Unfortunately, bigots are endangering the lives of African Americans via non-emergency calls to police. Given the alarming rates of these bigot-based non-emergency calls to police, African Americans are calling for consequences and penalties leveled at people that are risking their lives.
