Despite relentless efforts by Republicans to completely repeal the Affordable Care Act, derisively known as Obamacare, enrollment into the embattled healthcare program has seen a swell in the number of people seeking health coverage. Upward of 7,000 people are enrolling in the exchanges every day. Open enrollment closes on December 15th and efforts are underway in Charlotte to provide access to thousands of people in and around the Queen City. ‘COMMUNITY VOICES’ host, Ron Holland talked with Anna Henderson, Health Insurance Marketplace Navigator for the Charlotte Center for Legal Advocacy about the enrollment campaign.
