On this day, 16 years ago a major tragedy struck our nation and took the lives of thousands in an instant.
In the early morning hours of 9/11/2001, two planes struck the twin towers in New York City and changed how we look at the world for years to come. We remember not only those who lost their lives on this day but also the first responders who were on the scene and sacrificed their lives and health to help many of our loved ones as well as their own.
We take this time to reflect and never forget.
