Early this morning the “Trumpster” let everyone know on Twitter that he has decided to ban transgender individuals from serving “in any capacity” in the United States Armed Forces. This decision could definitely affect thousands of transgenders currently serving now, & others with hopes of serving. This decision is also one that challenges (& will ultimately reverse) a policy that was started by President Obama & his administration. LGBT groups across the country said they would definitely challenge the President in court, & Senator John McCain (R-Arizona) wanted the Pentagon to ignore the “Trumpster” tweet stating there was “no reason” to change the current situation. Oh well….we’ll see what happens!
