Kevin Hart and Super Producer Will Packer are teaming up with Director Malcolm D. Lee to do a new action comedy film titled HIGH SCHOOL. The comedy about adults being forced to take night classes to try to pass the GED exam. The movie is expected to be in theaters September 28, 2018.
Universal jumps back in business with Lee in anticipation of the release of the Packer-produced comedy Girls Trip. Lee also directed The Best Man Holiday for the studio, and Barbershop: The Next Cut for New Line and MGM.
