Recent reports coming out of Flint, Michigan are stating that residents are being threatened with foreclosure of their homes if they don’t pay their bill for poisonous water! Understanding that the city has to pay for the use of the water, but is it fair to charged for unclean water? It fairly cut and dry to me, but what do you think?
