Fox executives took a minute to decide, but ultimately moved to terminate Bill O’Reilly. The decision come after numerous accusations of sexual harassment and an internal investigation that revealed even more. 21st Century Fox and O’Reilly’s representatives will not acknowledge the existence of a payout. A confidentiality agreement limits what the two sides can say. Analysts believe that since O’Reilly signed a new contract that’s worth about $25 million per year before being ousted, his payout could be in the tens of millions of dollars.
