CNN is reporting that gunman Steve Stephens who killed a 74 year old elderly man point blank on the streets of Cleveland, Ohio, was found dead in Erie, PA. Reportedly, Stephens was spotted earlier Tuesday morning and was involved in a brief car chase. Later, Stephens was found dead in his car with a self-inflicted gun wound.
