Andre Ward v Sullivan Barrera

Ayesha Curry kept quiet — for the most part — after the Warriors’ Game 7 loss to LeBron James and the Cavaliers, but Cleveland fans wont let her forget the defeat as easily. A piece of merchandise went on sale the day after the crushing defeat that takes the shade to a whole new level.

A Cleveland entrepreneur starting selling t-shirts in Cavalier colors with the words “Bye Ayesha” sprawled across the front — and they’re apparently flying off of shelves. Sadly, it’s not much of a surprise after the tweets she fired off at the Cavs, LeBron, and the NBA as a whole.

While this shirt doesn’t appear to be in any way associated with the NBA, that doesn’t mean the players haven’t been indulging in some petty behavior of their own. LeBron rocked a shirt with a not-so-subtle message upon touching down in Cleveland on Monday. He has already spoken out about his belief that he is still the MVP this season, and didn’t miss the opportunity to declare who the real warriors really are as he paraded the championship trophy around his hometown:

The shirt reads “Ultimate Warrior” in the reference to the WWF wrestler, but also served as a pretty pointed jab at Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors, letting them know that James is not planning on giving up the NBA crown any time soon.

It’s unlikely you’ll see LeBron in the “Bye Ayesha” shirt anytime soon, but fans are sure to see many in the crowed wearing them when LeBron and Cavs raise their banners at the start of the next season.
