The Carolina Panthers ‘shut down cornerback’ (yes, he has earned that status) Josh Norman is in no rush to sign his $13.952 million dollar franchise tag. According to NFL.com he’s more interested in a long term deal with the team, that has to be done by the 15th of July. I feel like the man is making a smart decision, & waiting on the right deal is the move. I personally feel the Panthers will make him a very nice offer here real soon, because the man is certified dope on the field……for real! Get that paper Josh!! I’m OUT!
