Everyone saw that Family Feud episode where the contestant froze and couldn’t think of another word for “mother.”
Well, here is another contestant on the Wheel of Fortune who is geography challenged and thought Paris was a country with Venice in it.
During their spin, the husband/wife team solved the puzzle which said, “Gondola Ride Through Venice” and we all know that Venice and Gondola Rides is straight out of Italy…. well, when Pat Sajak asked his contestant, “What country do you think we’re sending you to?”
The husband answered, “Paris” and with response, his wife had an ‘ummm, oh crap’ look, the husband said, “France!” and the wife asked, “Do we still get it?” ha-ha
The host Pat Sajak said just lost control and started to laugh, but not in making fun of the guy, but just because it caught him off guard.
