La La Anthony and Timbaland make an odd couple, but for a new docuseries in the works, their combination makes perfect sense.

Off the heels of VH1’s “The Breaks,” Anthony and Timbaland are working on a docuseries based around the famous FaceTime Agency, a New York casting company that books models and talent for music videos and photo shoots founded by Jeff Janvier and Session Cruz in 2011.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the premise of the show will focus around the cutthroat music industry, nightlife scene and drama that surrounds the business.

Timbaland who is currently the executive music producer for Empire, will put his hand on this show in collaboration with Anthony who will serve as an executive producer.

“I’m excited to continue to build my brand within the TV space,” the 43-year-old producer said. “Projects like this, with music and culture at the center, are the sweet spot of my content play… lets go!”

While the project is currently under production with no studio attached, there is plenty of buzz about the cast and characters to be expected in the real life-mirroring show.

“I’m thrilled to be executive producing a project that offers a true insider’s look into the business side of hip hop, especially one that explores the lives of fascinating women who have used hip hop as their platform to become successful entrepreneurs in fashion, music and more,” Anthony said in a statement.
