People living with HIV and Aids know instinctively that there’s a long fight ahead. Fortunately, treatment for both HIV and Aids have dramatically improved since its discovery decades ago.  To date, there’s no cure for the disease, but a significant amount of resources has been allocated for treatment, education, preventative services and research. ‘COMMUNITY VOICES‘ host, Ron Holland talked with Ramona Parker, Clinical Nurse for the Safe Harbor Community Health Center and Jermaine, Nakia Lee, Safe Harbor’s Outreach Coordinator about their efforts to provide services for newly diagnosed clients or people living with HIV.
