Just had to take some time & shout out one of the most prolific drummers in the game, & that is Mr. Amir “Quest Love” of the legendary “Roots” crew! Been a fan of this guy (& the band) since I heard the debut album “Do Yo Want More?” I mean it’s just nothing like live instruments, & when it comes to percussion, Quest is that deal!! Was extremely happy for “The Roots” when they got the “Tonight Show” job with Jimmy Fallon, & they’re still bangin’! I’ll have to tune in tonight, I know they’re gonna do something special for the man! Happy Birthday Quest!! I’m OUT!
