Lee Daniels has to put his money where his mouth is.

The Empire co-creator will have to pay Sean Penn $10 million dollars for the statements he made in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter. 

Daniels came to the defense of Empire’s leading man, Terrance Howard, by stating, ‘He ain’t done nothing different than Marlon Brando or Sean Penn, and all of a sudden he’s some f—in’ demon. That’s a sign of the time, of race, of where we are right now in America.’

Sean Penn slapped him with a defamation lawsuit shortly after.

Damn.

Lee tried to get the case moved to federal court, but eventually backed out and decided to pay Sean Penn’s pricey lawyer fees.

Huge price to pay, but these celebrities don’t play when it comes to their reputation.

Kelly Rowland Needed Her Son After Filming ‘Empire’ Scenes

We love to hear Kelendria gush about her baby boy.

In a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight, Kelly Rowland revealed that her son brought her back to the light after filming dark scenes for Empire.

On the show, the Destiny’s Child alum plays Lucious’ mentally unstable mother. In one dramatic scene, Mama Lyons forces baby Lucious into a bathtub for a crazy makeshift baptism.

After they wrapped the scene, Rowland needed her son to lift herself back up.

She explains, ‘[My son] came on set my last scene that I shot. It was a really tough scene and was a tough day for me just emotionally because I was really playing Leah to the fullest. I needed Titan afterwards. At first I was a little nervous about being with him afterwards, but I remember my husband surprised me with him and as soon as I saw Titan’s face I was me again and it was awesome.’

After the tragic loss of her mother right after the birth of her son, we love to see that baby Titan can bring so much joy to Kelly’s life.

Lira Galore got on twitter to squash rumors that she and fiancé Rick Ross broke up.

TMZ ran a story claiming that The Boss had called off his engagement to Lira over a ‘major’ blowout, and she was already moving out her things.

The Instagram model made it clear that Rozay will still be meeting her at the altar soon.
