“The resignation could have very dire consequences for those of us that are concerned about police reform. If McCarthy steps in, they will always wonder if they will face the same demise as Bohener and play hard to the right. Playing hard to the right means fight the President on preservation of voting rights and police reform. We must challenge these presidential candidates and elected officials,” Sharpton said.
