It’s been officially 14 years since we lost our Princess of R & B, Aaliyah Dana Haughton! On this day in 2001, Aaliyah was killed in a plane crash in the Bahamas after filming the music video for the song, “Rock The Boat.” So, today we salute you dear heart! You have left a mark on this world and industry that will never be forgotten! May you rest in peace!
