I must say I was a little apprehensive about listening to the Dr. Dre “Compton” album, being that It’s been soooooooo long, but I knew that the good Doctor would not disappoint! Overall the project was really solid! I hear a lot of people trying to compare this project to “The Chronic” & “The Chronic 2001”, but you can’t. It’s not an ALBUM like that, it’s a project centered around the movie release. Very similar to what Jay-Z did with the “American Gangster” situation. I would advise folks to definitely grab it & add it to your Dr. Dre collection…..it’s official for sure!! I’m going to bump it right now in the ride…..so I’m OUT!!!
