One of my favorite shows as a kid was, “The Wiz”, featuring my boy crush….Michael Jackson!! So, when I heard that NBC was remaking it, I was curious to hear who would be cast for the epic roles. Well, NBC is not disappointing!!! In the original version of “The Wiz,” Stephanie Mills played the role of Dorothy. However this time, she has been cast to play the role of, Auntie Em!! But hold on…I’m not finished!! Queen Latifah has been added to the mix to play the mysterious and powerful Wiz of Emerald City!! But wait a minute…I’m not done!!! Guess who has been picked to play Evilene, the Wicked Witch of the West…MARY J. BLIGE!!!! I can’t wait to see this production! The premiere will air December 3, 2015!
