Friday night at the Harvey Gantt Center in uptown Charlotte Thomas Davis held his “Defending Dreams Charity Event” & it was NICE! Lots of people showed up in support of such a great cause, & that cause is to help the youth become productive future leaders of tomorrow! The theme for the night was a 1920’s feel, so the ladies & gentleman came dressed for the occasion! It was also set up like a casino, fully equipped with roulette, black jack, & craps tables. Myself & Olympia D went & yes, we shut the Black Jack table DOWN!!! Hahaha!!! We had to leave early but all in all this was a really awesome event. Of course this was the precursor for his big FREE football camp that he does for the youth on Saturday. Big shouts to Thomas Davis for reaching back & helping the community! That’s what it’s all about!! AIght ya’ll….I’m OUT!!
