Roland Martin talks to Johnny Taylor from the Thurgood Marshall Scholarship Fund talks about POTUS’ decision to pay for community college. This initiative will help up to 9 million. Taylor is the former CEO of the now defunct Rushmore Drive, a black search engine and news site.

“I think it’s a great idea. He announced back in 12009 was to increase the college graduation rate. What we’re (Thurgood Marshall Fund) suggesting is that we should not eliminate choice for the students. It puts HBCU’s at a competitive disadvantage,” Taylor said.
