Remember the homeless lady we saw a few months ago in the video being beat by a California Highway Patrol Officer along the freeway? Well, that lady has a name, Marlene Pinnock and is now a MILLIONAIRE!!!! The state of California awarded Pinnock with a $1.5Million settlement! Well dang!!! According to the California Highway Patrol, Pinnock was walking barefoot on an interstate highway outside downtown Los Angeles. When Officer Daniel Andrew approached and advised her to stop walking, she reportedly did not respond. As a result, Officer Andrew proceeded to arrest her, but allegedly Pinnock became “physically combative”, which then led to the intense altercation. Officer Daniel Andrew will resign from his job.
