Old School 105.3 has learned that Kevin Garnett is being sued for allegedly lying, deceiving and messing up his neighbor, according to TMZ.
The NBA superstar has been served a lawsuit by the guy who lives in a $3.5 million Malibu mansion beside the basketball player, accusing Garnett of an illegal renovation that has blocked the view of the ocean.
In the suit, Garnett started the construction project on his $9.5 million home back in 2013 but never received the correct permit.
The neighbor claims that Garnett lied to the City of Malibu by saying the whole thing was just a simple interior remodeling job. The new project included, adding-on to the home, which violates permits for expansion work.
